Before joining the Thorns, Deyna made history in Spain with Atlético de Madrid and carried her talents to Manchester City Women in the English Women’s Super League. Her professional career reflects her adaptability, vision, and relentless pursuit of greatness.

Early Life and Football Beginnings in Venezuela
Since her humble beginnings in Maracay, Venezuela, Deyna’s love for soccer was a lifelong commitment. She used to accompany her mother to her brother’s practices, and it wasn’t long before Deyna was out there training as well. At 16, with passion fueling her, she moved to the United States to join FSU.
