In 2020, Deyna partnered with Nike Global, making her the first Venezuelan athlete to secure a direct contract with the brand on a global scale.

In 2025, Deyna was among six footballers selected by Nike to develop the Nike United Pack, a collection of cleats created by and for women soccer players. Deyna contributed to the development of the Phantom model, which embodies her playing style: precision, control, and creativity. She took part in choosing colors, graphics, and details to express her identity as a Latina soccer player. For the first time, female athletes earned royalties on each sale and Deyna formed part of that historic moment.
